How do I cancel my subscription
Ever since swapping from Desktop, and the lack of customisation on the various print forms. I've always used the custom field on the Purchase Order to let me suppliers the important date of when I'd expect the goods by. However, although this has worked fine for me over the past few years I now see Intuit has added an actual Due Date box to the layout when creating a purchase order, hurray!Trouble is there's no option, that I can find, to make it appear on the actual final print form. Anyone know where this is please?
My linked accounts are 99% for personal use as I only have a handful of expenses however QuickBooks’ automatic categorisation always categorises random transactions as business expenses. E.g. my personal phone contract which I don’t use for business in any way always gets categorised as an expense. I just want to be able to manually choose which of the transactions are my business expenses. Currently I have to go through hundreds of transactions each much to correct them back to personal expenses
I have tried using the magnifying glass and the advanced search but there is no option that I can find anywhere that lets you search for a keyword in an invoice message

I’m using my phone if that makes any difference but never had this problem when it was a physical app

“I upgraded my QuickBooks Online subscription and now all of my invoices are missing. There is no ‘Switch company’ option. I believe my subscription was attached to a new blank company instead of my original one. I need my original company file restored and linked back to this subscription.”
I use a third party system which feeds in daily invoices from our till - how can I split this to ensure that the money that is owed to the OG invoice is allocated correctly?
Do Quick books have any justification in charging us massive fees? We are a charity and have been using quickbooks since 2022. At that point it cost £32 + vat per month. From January 2026 it will cost £56 + vat per month. That is quite a jump. What are we paying for that we didn't have in 2022? It seems we are paying for the new reports that are not as good as the old ones, tags which don't function anymore, some AI stuff that always gets it wrong and a hefty amount of corporate greed. I would be interested to hear a good reason from quickbooks.
I’ve just switched from Android (where I had Quickbooks Self-Employed installed and used it regularly), to iPhone. Moving my apps from Android to iPhone did not work, despite me spending hours with customer service at Apple to get support - they were unable to figure out what was going wrong. I therefore don’t have access to Quickbooks Self-Employed on my new iPhone, and desperately need it for my work. Please can anyone tell me how I can get it on my new phone? It seems outrageous to me that Intuit would remove something from their current and potential customer base without having a solution or new product already in place. I hope that won’t be the case and someone will have an answer for me. Thank you.
