I'll always give credit where credit is due. After a disappointing and unannounced roll out of the new custom bookmarks where you couldn’t add more than one report shortcut. It now appears you can add multiple shortcuts to any report or page. For instructions, as Intuit don't currently have any. Navigate to a page and hit save "Bookmark this page" Name it, and save it. It can be a little quirky at time but this is a massive time saver. Below screenshot are all the shortcuts I've added, yes I've done one to the 'Taxes' page and renamed it to VAT!!!So far I've not hit a limit so not sure if there is one. If there is no limit then you can truely have a custom menu now instead of the limited ones offered in the standard bookmark menu section. Well done Intuit. Now please can we have a change log when these things are either fixed or changed. No idea how long this has been fixed please. The USA site gets one, so why not the UK!!! @JackS

Why don't product codes appear on a purchase order? Are suppliers meant to guess from the description what we need to order? I have read a few threads on this, none work.

Why is Quickbooks Online so slow??? I find it slow at the best of times but for twice in the space of a few days Quickbooks is unusable!!!! I have been on hold for almost 25 minutes trying to speak to someone.
I have found that customers say they are replying to emailed invoices, but I never receive these. The Customer Facing Email is correct The customer does not receive any notification that their reply is not received. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

So are Intuit going to dump another GUI change on us all without so much as a test or information as to when this will happen?Why all the constant changes? I think if you ask your customers who came over from Desktop is it was consistent year after year. Made for very efficient productivity.
I have only one weekly paid employee. In the past when he has not worked and his pay is zero I have still been able to file an FPS. However since payroll has been updated this is no longer possible. If he has no pay the following message comes up "You must either enter the hours worked or compensation amounts, or clear the checkbox to exclude employee from this payroll run" However if I exclude the employee the following message appears, "Select employees before you preview the payroll for them"The only way I have been able to process an FPS report is by paying a nominal amount of 6pence, which does not seem the correct action to take.Any feedback would be appreciated
Hello, I work for the family support charity Home-Start Herefordshire (1113432). We have been using a desktop licensed version of QB for many years. Unfortunately the PC it is installed on is on it's way out and we need to transfer to donated laptop. We only the use the most basic reports and cannot sign up to a subscription. HiOn attempting to login to qbo on my laptop I immediately get the message ''There was an issue on our end. Please try again '' I cannot even get as far as entering my user name and password. I have cleared my cookies and cache but issue persists. Am using windows 10 with edge.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared data and cache. Desktop version is working fine.
Hello!I've just started up with Quick Books Self-Employed and am finding the invoicing process a little inflexible. From what I can tell, using the "Send invoice" functionality sends an email the customer which contains a link they have to click. When using this on a phone, the customer is then sent to the QB website where there is yet another link to click in order to open the full invoice. This isn't a great customer experience! Also, the email arrives in the (phone) inbox with a sub-heading of "QB Self-Employed Welcome Email" which isn't ideal - anyone know if I can change this somewhere? Because of all this, I decided that I'd rather download the PDF myself and email it to the customer - painful for me, but less annoying for customer. But now I've realised that there is some workflow which means I can't mark the invoice as paid if it hasn't been sent from QB! Being a little cynical, I guess I'm getting what I paid for and no doubt there is better functionality in a more e
A Mercedes 250 GLA has just shown up as one of my vehicles in QBSE. I haven’t added it and no one else has access to my account- so how had it got there?! Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve changed the password to my account just in case someone has managed to somehow hack in. This is particularly annoying ad its impossible to permanently remove vehicles from QBSE.
We export from a database that is bound by this field.
I am importing invoices using a .csv file and all fields work except the invoice number. QBO assigns a new invoice number rather than pick up an invoice number from the file. The original invoice number does not already exist in QBO. The example implied (to me) that the original invoice is a mandatory field for the import.
I havent been able to login into my account and my husbands account all day. Is there at issues with quickbooks?
