I am unable to enter payment reference number when paying bills. It is greyed out and has "To print" in the box and unable to change it.  This is where I record if it was Visa, Direct Debit or BACS payment as an example

Why oh why do the columns never stay the same day to day I have to untick category and tick memo every single day when using the online desktop version it's so annoying it never remembers

When is Intuit going to add some templates fit for the 21st century? The choices are truly awful and and the options to customise are risible. The standard invoice template doesn't even have 'PO number' on it by default. In the body of the invoice (not the header or footer), or quotation, I would like a smaller font, but no matter whether I choose 10 or 8 point, it comes out the same on a pdf, which is larger than the font in the header or footer.

Since the last update it is no longer possible to search previous invoices.  The loading spinning icon appears and doesnt stop spinning, the app eventually crashes.

We really need an accounts payable workflow system. At the moment we are using Online plus. I don't want to upgrade to Online advanced as it is twice the price and I can't justify paying that.I found this in the help menu today. For some reason, the openng menu and its functions , such as Search, keep on changing. Is there a way of opting out of these changes to the Quickbooks layout?

The new Add Bookmark button is a good and needed addition, however, it doesn't work correctly. If I add a bookmark of a specific report the standard "Reports" bookmark is deleted and unselectable from the Customie menu as normal. If I make another bookmark of another report, the first bookmark is over-written and so it is not possible to have multiple bookmarks of different reports. I've sent feedback.

I have to move from a computer that has died to another. I phone the number iin the Uk and a very helpful lady asked questions and got my information and then asked for certain numbers which I gave her to show I was registered in the system.After a few minutes she gave me a validation code..I do not quite understand how to use that code to open my Quickbooks programme. I have to get a new computer but need to know what the procedure is to update my situation.once I

Hi We are at year end and some of our stock items aren't worth the amount we bought them for so we need to write them down. How can I adjust the products so that they show the new valuation, and the adjustments are made to the relevant accounts?

I currently use another app to track my mileage, is there a way to transfer this information on a monthly basis to the quick books self employed app please?

I was informed by the employee that they had a student and postgraduate loan and I ticked the relevant boxes; however, I have now received a notice from HMRC saying that we shouldn't have deducted a post-graduate loan repayment. Does Quickbooks support student loan payment refunds?

Is it possible to have multiple lines per product/service as shown in the picture of the US version? this is a seriously basic feature that I can’t seem to make work. All I get when I press enter/return is a new product/service which frankly is rubbish.

As I've previously ask for we still don't have a change log of any form of communication regarding new features.This morning we now have a new feature called, Bookmarks, which is under the, erm Bookmarks menu list... Crack marketing team at Intuit have outdone themselves this time. Anyway. It seem very odd and doesn't seem to be working as intended. I managed to get two customer shortcut to two reports I visit several time per day, which, does save time. However, it's all a bit odd. You can't add more than two, or is this the max allowed? Then, I removed one bookmark and now can't add any additional one as it just defaults to the one already in place. @JackSI'll tag you in this but I'll expect the bots to be answering with some unrelated suggestion about deleting browser cache.... 

Totally new to QB on-line. I'm self employed (sole trader), and I've just made payments to HMRC. How do I go about logging this in QB. Do I set up HMRC as a supplier and show as an expense, if so under what category? Can someone please advise for me. TIA
