When is Intuit going to add some templates fit for the 21st century? The choices are truly awful and and the options to customise are risible. The standard invoice template doesn't even have 'PO number' on it by default. In the body of the invoice (not the header or footer), or quotation, I would like a smaller font, but no matter whether I choose 10 or 8 point, it comes out the same on a pdf, which is larger than the font in the header or footer.
Since the last update it is no longer possible to search previous invoices. The loading spinning icon appears and doesnt stop spinning, the app eventually crashes.
We really need an accounts payable workflow system. At the moment we are using Online plus. I don't want to upgrade to Online advanced as it is twice the price and I can't justify paying that.I found this in the help menu today. It's so confusing. For some reason, the openng menu and its functions , such as Search, keep on changing. Is there a way of opting out of these changes to the Quickbooks layout?
The new Add Bookmark button is a good and needed addition, however, it doesn't work correctly. If I add a bookmark of a specific report the standard "Reports" bookmark is deleted and unselectable from the Customie menu as normal. If I make another bookmark of another report, the first bookmark is over-written and so it is not possible to have multiple bookmarks of different reports. I've sent feedback.
I have to move from a computer that has died to another. As I've previously ask for we still don't have a change log of any form of communication regarding new features.This morning we now have a new feature called, Bookmarks, which is under the, erm Bookmarks menu list... Crack marketing team at Intuit have outdone themselves this time. Anyway. It seem very odd and doesn't seem to be working as intended. I managed to get two customer shortcut to two reports I visit several time per day, which, does save time. However, it's all a bit odd. You can't add more than two, or is this the max allowed? Then, I removed one bookmark and now can't add any additional one as it just defaults to the one already in place. @JackSI'll tag you in this but I'll expect the bots to be answering with some unrelated suggestion about deleting browser cache....
Totally new to QB on-line. I'm self employed (sole trader), and I've just made payments to HMRC. How do I go about logging this in QB. Do I set up HMRC as a supplier and show as an expense, if so under what category? Can someone please advise for me. TIA
