Thanks for reaching out here. QuickBooks Online enables you to manage your sales tax payments, when a duplicate entry has been made. I'd be glad to assist!
Here's how to delete a sales tax payment;
1. Open Taxes, then the Payments tab
2. Select Delete from the Action column
3. Hit Yes to confirm
Note: The page doesn't refresh automatically after deleting a payment. You'll need to refresh the page, or logout and then login. The payment shouldn't appear anymore.
