Allowing users QB Online

The owner of the company wants to be able to see everything, but I don't want him to accidently change anything. How do I set it so he can look but he can't touch?

Thanks for reaching out about user permissions. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you know the profitability of your company. I can provide some information about users.

 

The only user that would allow a user to see but not edit would be a Reports-only user. This information can be seen on this article, as it has all the types of users, and their permissions.

I don't have access to view company reports from my drop down. do you have to have a certain level of QBO for this?
