Auto Fill Check numbers when importing. QB Desktop 2022

It's a pleasure to see you here, Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks is a great tool able to help keep your books balanced. I would be happy to provide some information.

To stop numbers from populating, you can select Print Later in the cheque feature. From the menu bar, select > Banking and then > Write cheques > remove the checkmark to Print Later. With regards to the IIF spreadsheet, you can remove the numbers in the associated column before importing the file. To learn more about exporting, importing and editing IIF files, click here.
