Hello there, Janet.

The process for copying your schedule to the next week depends on whether you are using QuickBooks Time or accessing it as an employee. Let me guide you through it.

If you’re using QuickBooks Time, you can copy the schedule to the following week, but please note that repeating shifts won’t automatically carry over.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Time section and select Schedule.
  2. On the calendar, choose Full and then select Week from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Actions, and tap Copy Previous Week.
  4. Review the copied schedule, make any necessary adjustments, and click Published to finalize.

However, if you’re an employee looking to copy your personal schedule, please note that while you can create and duplicate schedules in QuickBooks Time, employees are unable to perform this action directly within Workforce.

If you’re referring to something else or have additional details, feel free to let us know in the comments. We're here to help.
