It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly so that your books can be well balanced. QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced are great plans able to allow you to create budgets so you can compare them to your yearly totals. I can provide some information about budgets.
The QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced plans can create budgets, but only the Advanced plan is able to import budgets from a CSV file. This is the only file type able to be imported for budgets, so you'd need to convert the Google Sheets file to a CSV file to be imported.
