To close your QuickBooks Payments (Merchant Services) account, you'll need assistance from our Live Support Team, HMA11. 

 

You can request a callback using the QuickBooks Assistant. Here's how to do it: 

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account: https://qbo.intuit.com/. 
  2. Click Help at the top to open the QuickBooks Assistant. 
  3. Type keywords like cancel merchant account, contact us, or callback. 
  4. Select No to explore more options. 
  5. Choose Have us call you. You’ll receive a direct phone number and be prompted to confirm your personal information. 
  6. Complete the process to schedule your callback.
