COVID-19 cash flow support

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, brad112. You’ve made a great observation, and your suggestion to remove the COVID-19 cash flow support section in the Cash flow dashboard is an excellent idea. Since the pandemic has passed and the government links are no longer functional, removing this tab would definitely help avoid confusion for users like yourself.

The feature has been gradually removed, but it may not be updated for all accounts yet. Since you find it unhelpful, we encourage you to share your feedback so our Product Engineers can work toward making the removal process faster and more efficient for all users. To send your feedback, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Feedback under Profile.
3. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
4. Click Next to submit.
