Will web connect bank files import into Desktop 2020 after 5/31/23? And how do I get a copy of a 1 user Desktop 2022 or 2023 license (not PLUS and not QBO)? Thank you!

I have been trying to update from Desktop Pro 2020 to Desktop Pro 2023

It is impossible to do it on-line

I called in to the 1-800 and they couldn't do it. I am now waiting for a "Product Specialist" to call me back.

So frustrating.......
