Do you know why my estimates are all gone?

You can check the filters applied to the estimate lists, khendry80. The date range and status filter may be limiting your view.

 

To verify, here's how:

 

  1. In the left menu, click Sales and then select Estimates.
  2. Set the Status to All and the Date to This year.

 

From there, you'll see all the estimates created. If you're still unable to see them, double-check that you're logged into the correct QuickBooks Online (QBO) company account if multiple accounts are in use.

 

Additionally, if you’re logged in under a different user role, you may not have access to view estimates due to restrictions in QBO. I suggest checking your user role as well.
