Does QB Online Payroll Plus work? I keep getting an error message "something went wrong, please try again later" but it never works???

One possible cause for an error message when trying to access something in the Payroll program would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your browser, device or network and can cause error messages in any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. You can resolve errors caused by browsing data using these steps:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try deleting the app from your device, and installing it once more from the app store
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

If the error still occurs after trying these steps, then I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online Payroll support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your information in a secure setting in order to verify your Payroll account in the system to see the cause of the error, and provide the steps to resolve it so you can set up payroll.
