DOES THE CONTACTS FROM MAILCHIMP GOES TO QUICKBOOKS OR JUST THE OTHER WAY AROUND?

In order to integrate Mailchimp with QBO you'd have to be using a third-party app. You can search for integrating apps on our app store www.apps.com. I recommend searching for an app using the keyword Mailchimp. Once the results show up I suggest choosing an app that suits your business needs based on the app description and reviews.
