Good afternoon! I have a request: could you please delete one of my accounts that was created by mistake and keep the one with the photo?

Hello and welcome to the Community, SERHII-STASENKO.

Since Community is a public forum we're unable to delete your account because it needs your personal information. Though you can delete your other QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on your own. You have two ways on how to delete your account depending on how old your QBO account is.

For less than 60 days old you have the option to purge it, here’s how:
 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
2. Once you're signed in, change the URL to include /purgecompany.
   Example: Change https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage to https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany.
3. The next screen will provide a summary of the items to delete, and then type YES below to delete the data.
4. After that, select OK.
5. Then you will be routed to the Wipe Company Data page, and choose the correct type of business.
6. Tick the circle  whether you would like the system to create accounts based on your industry or create an empty chart of accounts.
7. Once done, click Wipe Data.

On the other hand, if it's more than 60 days old, you only have the option to cancel it.
