Welcome to Community! Having the option to set your transactions by default, is a great way to save valuable time. QuickBooks Online provides a bank rules feature, so you can categorize and match your transactions effortlessly.
Each bank rule allows you to select the option to 'Automatically confirm transactions this rule applies to'. Simplifying the categorization process when reviewing your bank feed. In addition, you can set additional preferences, by opening the small ⚙ above the Action column, in your Transactions tab.
