How can I import from Interactive Brokers (US) to QB Online Canada? I created a QFX file, QB gave an error This file contains investment data, which is not supported.

Based on what you've described, I'd recommend manually importing your data using the import function in QuickBooks. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Import data. From here you'll see the data that you're able to import into your account.
