How can I reset my payroll direct deposit after it was suspended

Had payroll direct deposit set up but didn't use it for awhile and it was suspended. I tried to reset it and my ticket was successful but it is still not accessible and says I am still suspended

Hello there, @belairandsons. You’ll need to update your billing information first to reactivate your payroll account and use the service.
 
Here’s how:
 
  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Subscriptions and Billing.
  2. Select Resubscribe for payroll.
  3. Review subscription summary, then enter your payment info and payment method.
  4. Once done, select Resubscribe.
 
If the issue persists, you can contact our Live Payroll Support team to further check why you’re unable to reset your account despite your ticket being successful.
