Welcome to the community family! A packing slip includes the complete list of items included in a package and other important shipping information necessary when shipping goods to your customers. QuickBooks Online enables you to print packing slips for invoices and sales receipts. I'd be happy to share more on this.
Creating a packing slip in the program can be done in a few steps.
Go to the Sales menu, then choose All sales.
Select the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip.
Select the Batch actions drop-down, then choose Print packing slip.
The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.
While the Print transaction option (after selecting Batch actions in step 3 above) displays the payment terms for invoices, the Print packing slip does not. As a workaround, you can include the payment terms in the Description field when creating your invoice or explore our Apps menu to find a third-party app that can better suit your needs.
Feel free to also submit feedback directly to our engineers if you'd benefit from additional options in managing packing slips in QuickBooks Online. Your comments are crucial in driving innovation to offer the best QuickBooks experience we can.
Have a great day!
