As I know you have to provide shipping options before the invoice is sent. What kid of business do you run? Ecommerce or else?

You can enable the Shipping feature in your Account and settings to manually add shipping options to your invoices, Jacki.

 

This feature enables you to manually add open-text fields such as Shipping date, Tracking number, destination, Ship via, and Shipping fees to sales forms. Let me guide you on how you can turn on this feature: 

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Sales tab.
  3. Under the Sales form content, toggle the Shipping option.
  4. Click Save and then Done.
