How do I export a report of expenses summary by supplier in Excel? Whenever I try it, all exported amounts are zero. The export as PDF works, but not the Excel export.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online makes it easy to export your data, so you can keep it on file.  I'm glad to hear that you've taken the steps to successfully export your report in .pdf format.  I'd be happy to help with the excel format, so you can view the amounts.

When you export the file to excel, you'll simply click on the button at the top 'enable editing'.  The values should now appear.
