Question

How do I get rid of the pop up "Split, exclude, and categorization history are now here"? I have pressed "Got it" and X numerous times. It keeps coming back.

You can continue clicking the X icon. This action will turn off the pop-ups for your session and QBO will remember your choice moving forward. 

 

Moreover, I want to ensure your ideas and insights are heard. In this case, I encourage you to send feedback regarding this feature. This way, our product engineers can consider including it in future updates.

 

To send feedback, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click the Feedback option.
  2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Click the Next button to submit feedback.

Clicking on X does not stop the pop-up. It pops up again a few minutes later.

For users of Google Chrome, follow these steps to adjust your browser settings

 

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your screen to open the menu.
  2. Scroll down and locate the settings tab.
  3. Click on Privacy and security.
  4. Select Site settings.
  5. Scroll down and locate the Pop-ups and redirects.
  6. Click the option for Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.

 

For Microsoft Edge users, here’s how:
 

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your screen to access the menu.
  2. Scroll down and find the Settings tab..
  3. Click on Cookies and site permissions.
  4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. Click the Blocked (recommended) to enable.
