Do you just need to mirror data from Freshbooks to QB Online or convert all the data completely and continue your work only in QB Online?

Hello, Philip. To import transactions from FreshBooks to QuickBooks, you'll want to begin by exporting your data from FreshBooks as a CSV file. After exporting, open the file in Excel or Google Sheets to ensure it matches QuickBooks' required format. For detailed guidance, please refer to this article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Next, in QuickBooks, you'll have to click the Gear icon or Settings located in the top right corner and select Import Data. From there, you can choose the appropriate category for your upload and match the columns from your CSV file to the corresponding fields in QuickBooks.

Alternatively, you might consider using a third-party application for a faster process, especially if you have years of complex data to import.
