How to change my layout on my invoice

Hello there, rocky. You can customize your invoice layout in QuickBooks Online by editing your Custom form styles, where you can adjust the layout, fields, and overall design of your invoice.

To update it, go to the Gear icon, select Custom form styles, then edit your invoice template using the Design, Content, and Emails tabs. Once saved, the updated layout will automatically apply to all future invoices using that template.
