I've got you covered, Gerry.

 

We can update the subject line for your invoices in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) by navigating to the Edit menu and adjusting your email template.

 

  1. Go to the Edit menu, then Preferences.
  2. Under Send Forms, click the Company Preferences tab.
  3. Select the invoice template you want to modify, then Edit.
  4. From there, make your updates in the SUBJECT line.
  5. Optionally, you can set that template as the Default.
  6. Hit Save, then OK.

 

After that, head over to the Send Forms window and use the updated email template to send invoices to your customers.
