Hi Gabriela. In QuickBooks Online, the option to unarchive a user is unavailable once it has been deleted. I'd be happy to clarify it for you.

 

If you want to bring a user back, you'll need to add them as a new user by sending them a new invite and re-entering their information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Manage users.
  2. Click the Add user button.

  4. Click Send invite.
