Refresh the page, log out, and log back in. Then try adding the item again to make sure it wasn't just a temporary connection issue.

 

If the issue persists, use an incognito window or a different supported web browser. It helps identify if a browser-related conflict is blocking the save. If the problem is resolved there, ensure to update your primary browser.
