It's important that all your payroll information be entered correctly for your payroll runs to be accurate. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees either by direct deposit or by cheque. They'll be able to view the error with you through a screen share in a secure environment to provide troubleshooting steps to get this entered correctly or notify our engineers if the error persists.
