Since you have already closed your business, you can easily cancel your account through the Subscription and billing page. This way you won’t be billed going forward. Here’s how: Sign in as the Primary Admin.Click the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel.Follow the prompts and select Continue to cancel to complete the process. I have closed my business and running the final reports. Can I close my quickbooks online account as I am not updating new information.
