Refresh your browser or log out and log back in to ensure QuickBooks syncs data correctly.
Verify the date range and filters on your Bank transactions page to ensure all transactions are visible by setting the filters to All dates and All transactions.
Check your RBC bank account directly to confirm that the transactions have posted there and are available for download.
