May I know what do you specifically mean by the verification deadline for direct deposit setup? Are you referring to verification test debits? If so, I'll guide you on how you can verify for the test transactions, Peter.
You'll get two small debits of less than $1.00 each that are charged to your account as a test within 2-3 business days. To verify, follow the steps below:
Go to theSettings icon and thenPayroll settings.
Select the edit icon next toBank accounts, then clickVerify your account. This option becomes available 24 - 48 hours after the bank account information is entered.
Enter the two test transaction amounts in boxes (less than $1.00). Enter the cents only, without a dollar sign. (for example, 47 for $0.47)
HitVerify.
On the other hand, if you're account isn't still active for direct deposit after you have gone through the set up, certain reasons are affecting this such as:
You entered an invalid bank account.
We weren't able to initiate the test transaction because your bank account had a zero balance.
You entered an incorrect test transaction amount.
In the event that one of these situations arises, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue. The email will come fromnotify@quickbase.com. If you do not receive one or need further assistance, please contact Payroll Support.
However, if you're pointing out the deadline of verification, can you provide more details or screenshot to clarify what you mean?
Additionally, you may need to create paycheques for your employees after the set, I've got this for you: Create and Run Your Payroll.
