I need to deactivate several thousand customer accounts.

Does anyone know if it is possible to de activate multiple customer accounts at once.

I need to do approx.. 10k and am currently working my way through the customer center by right clicking on the account and then selecting de activate customer accounts.

Is there a more efficient way to do so?

Hi there, JPDM89. I understand you’re looking for a way to batch delete 10,000 customers from your account. Unfortunately, QuickBooks Desktop doesn’t currently offer a bulk delete feature for customers.

Although this feature is not yet available, you can submit feedback to our Product Engineers for future consideration.

Here’s how you can do that:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Select Send Feedback Online.
3. Click Product Suggestion. A pop-up window displays.
4. Enter your feedback and click Send Feedback.
