I would like to request a refund but no where it is indicated where I can find the email of the support team. I can only call them for some reason.

Please note that @KimPreeper shared information about getting a refund for a retail purchase of QuickBooks Desktop. Since you're using QuickBooks Online, those steps won't apply to your situation, so you don't have to worry about filling out a form.
