If my transactions were put on hold for more than 48hours what can i expect or do differently after i have submitted resolutions document requested from me

Hi, info2406. Once your documents are submitted, the review is completed within 2 business days, plus an additional 1-2 business days for your bank to settle the funds, so in total, it may take up to 3-4 business days to receive your money.

In the meantime, you can monitor the status of your payment by following these steps:

Navigate to Gear icon>select the Resolution centre under Tools> then the Payments tab.

Please ensure all documentation is complete. If any items are flagged as missing, address them immediately to prevent further delays. It is also a good idea to check your email, including spam and junk folders, for any updates from QuickBooks.

If the matter remains unresolved after following the steps above, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Live Support team. They can access your account details to determine exactly why the hold is still in place.
