it is now showing bills are overpaid as the bill is not showing the tax????

We have been using the sales tax module in QBO without issue for about a year. When I logged in today, all of our data was missing from the sales tax overview and I'm being prompted to set it up. I can still see sales tax rates available for bill and invoice entries but I can't see them in the overview. All of my sales tax payments and filings are gone and appear to be missing from the GL as well. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I recover this data?

This included Salers Tax Reports - Salte Tax code config, and entry of Invoices and Bills. It was like it glitched out. This happened in 3 Canadian QBO companies

As I intend to retire before the date of my next renewal, will I be able to use my QuickBooks Accountant Desktop software for a certain period (or indefinitely) or, will access stop on the last date of my current subscription period? I would expect that I will not receive software or payroll updates if I do not renew my subscription but was hoping that I could at least still access existing company files going forward and hopefully continue to enter certain transactions?? I recall years ago that those who had purchased outright the regular desktop version could continue to use the software indefinitely (they were aware they would not receive updates after a certain period). Thank you in advance for any clarifications on this.

What would be the issue, and how to overcome it?

When I am trying to preview the T4 Employer Slips, I get this message: Error displaying form Form not available at this time. Error reason:The requested form is not ready yet. Newly created data is still being processed. Please try again in a few minutes. The T4's don't display. I've tried several days in a row now and am having no luck.

I have successfully integrated my Amazon Seller account with QuickBooks. However, I am unable to find the option to integrate additional marketplace accounts such as eBay and Etsy. Could you please advise on how I can connect multiple marketplace accounts within the same QuickBooks company?
