Hello, Barryliner111. Currently, there isn't a built-in feature for spell check in QuickBooks Online. QBO only relies to your browser's spell checker to detect any misspelled words.

 

You can enable this by going through your browser settings.  If you're using Edge, here's how you can turn it on: 

 

  1. Navigate to the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Go to the Languages option.
  4. Toggle on the Use grammar and spell-check assistance.

 

If you're using other browser, you can look in the Settings, then Languages to turn on any spell checker option.
