I'm a wholesaler and I'm trying to import a list of products from my supplier. We are using quickbooks online plus - specifically to be able to manage inventory. The products are apparel so each product has multiple variations. Based on the available documentation (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/products-services/import-products-and-services-from-excel/01/261961), it seems like it should be possible to import products with sub types (sizes, color, etc.). However, when I import, there is no way to select what fields should be category vs item variations.How do I format the excel to correctly take advantage of sub-types?

I have recently moved from Quickbooks pro desktop 2019 with payroll subscription to Quickbooks pro desktop 2020 without payroll subscription - Canadian version. I am going to be using a third party to do payroll and would like to enter the information manually in QB 2020. I have tried the solutions on the various websites  but the options do not seem to be there on this particular version of QBs. How do I enable manual payroll input in the Canadian version of QB pro 2020? Thanks.

Can I store my desktop files on Google Drive and still access them from my desktop?  If so, how would I set this up?  I want to be able to access the files from multiple locations.  Thank you

I need your help. I accidentally prepared the ROE but i have not made the final pay cheque. Can i undo the ROE? It is not submitted to CRA. Please help! Thank you

I run a market research company and I just started recently using quickbooks to help better manage our finances and pay our hundreds of research participants. We write hundreds of checks and as they are cashed, I'd like the transaction to be automatically added to the bill and the related check. The rules feature in QBO is rather limited as it doesn't provide many fields for me to 'zone in' on the right bill. I believe this is the right type of workflow for tracking expenses but there may be a better way or any other form of expense tracking for our business.

Two days ago, I uploaded Accountant's changes; not sure what happened, but entire QB somehow duplicated many entries; when I tried to back them out, including payroll entries, sales tax and account transfers, I still could not get my QB back to where it was. Is there a way to "undo" all transactions from a point back 2 days?  And if not, is there a way to find out if any changes were made after "removing accountant restrictions" that may indicate something else may have happened?

I went into Items List (in Multi-User mode) and went to add "Custom Fields" and it said I had to be in "Single User Mode" to add these custom fields.  I went into Single User mode, added my custom fields, and everything worked fine.  When I went back to multi-user mode, all my custom fields disappeared!  In fact, it never even showed that I had these "Custom Fields" up!  It was saying no "Custom Fields" were assigned.  When I go back to "Single User Mode" all my custom fields reappear!!  Why can't I get these custom fields to work in multi-user mode?

I need a validation code for my Quickbooks Desktop 2020.  It is downloaded, but I need the validation code to activate it!
