I have quickbooks desktop 2015 and have recently downloaded new version of Office 365.  I am having issues exporting a custom report to an excel spreadsheet ( we do this for our accountant as we have to wipe off client information as we keep their information confidential).  I keep geting errors when I try to export to excel.  Is QB 2015 not comptable with Office 365 ( I just downoaded that about a month or two ago)Thanks.

I am trying to record a withdrawal from our company account in Quickbooks to our holding company which we do not have listed in Quickbooks.  The holding company is separate from our company.

I don't understand and figure out what amount is the "0.23" in the journal entry. I purchased the amount $60 but in P&L report shows me the amount 0.23. Can somebody explain what amount it is?Thank you

Tried installing QuickBooks Pro 2018 on new Windows 10 Pro PC. The installation stalled and finally stopped and gave me an error that I didn't note at the time. There were a couple of Windows updates so I put them in and did a restart and installed the program again. It did not allow me to install but did allow me to Repair the installation so I went with that. It completed this time, without error, but it was not actually installed. The 'Start QuickBooks' button at the end of the installation was grayed out. I could only close. The program does not show up in the program list so I could not uninstall that way. I've tried a number of things including using the 'clean install' tool provided by QB. I also manually deleted QB folders. Each time it will only allow me to repair the installation. So it somehow detects QB is installed. I ran the installation troubleshooter and it fails on 'Register QuickBooks Library Files'. everything else was good. I am stuck. I can't uninstall an

Purchase orders!  What accounts are needed for this company? He Uses this PO for fuel and repairs which are purchased at a different location and his carrier deducts the total at the month-end. Thanks

I'm hoping you can help me find a copy of QuickBooks update 190r7_93_3n_STD.exe (or later). I downloaded that from support.intuit.ca in 2015, the last time I had to re-install QuickBoooks, but it is no longer available on your website. For may years I kept the accounts of my small business on QuickBooks, and although I am now retired, I need to refer to the accounts occasionally. I recently had a disk failure, and although I have my original installation CD from QuickBooks, and backups of my company files, I can't open my files without the update. I hope you can assist.

Hi, my husband and I started an incorporated company and I have been trying to do the bookkeeping. I've been using quickbooks online and I understand how to do things on the technical side (how to log expenses etc) but I am feeling lost and overwhelmed when it comes to knowing WHERE to put things. For example, I dont know where or how to log the transfer of funds that we "pay" ourselves with. I also don't know where or how to enter in our overhead costs like house insurance, property insurance, property taxes, hydro bills, (I understand that there is only a percentage allowed ) etc etc. My question is does anyone know of a mentor/buddy program that I can join where I can have someone who can help me along when I need it? Does such a program exist?  (I'm In Canada if that matters). I moved to QB Online a few years back, because of the promise of ease of use and ease of sharing with my accountant. Overall, my experience of QBO has gone from bad to worse to even worse.  I am looking for a way to migrate back to QB Desktop (or, even better, to Freshbooks or any one of the other small-business accounting systems that have popped up)  Among other frustrations, reconciling bank accounts has gone from tedious to disastrous.  QBO automagically matches a whole pile of invoices to a bunch of different customers to a single payment on my bank feed.  And usually, the total of all the invoices is wildly different from the payment. Printed invoices do not contain an invoice number.  You have to find the secret setting that lets you add an invoice number, and then enter it manually as QBO is incapable of dropping the number into that field (it can drop it into others that the customer cannot see, and into the covering email). The las
