I am sure this is not a new complaint but I have had months where every time I log in to quicken self-employed I have to re-verify all my bank accounts. The process can take about 15 min. I know the support team is working on this but I am close to leaving this platform. I can't remember when the problem started, it feels like it has been going on for the better part of 2024.

How do you produce an income statement with transactions from one bank account where the file has more than one bank account? I am using QBDT Canadian version which does not have Tags.
So we have a few receipts that are paid with cash and credit on the same receipt (I know not ideal but it happened) these receipts are expenses tied to projects that we have done. what is the best way to add these to Quickbooks Online Plus? is there a way to split it?Sorry if this is short on infoThanks,

We are a manufacturing company and have been using Sage 50 US fka Peachtree back in 2002. A couple of weeks ago we had Dataswitcher perform the conversion to QBO Advanced. We STILL do NOT have all the functions set up and SOS Inventory is not syncing between QBO and SOS. A lot of our inventory items did not convert so we hired someone at the suggestion of Julia @ SOS to do the process for us. At this point, we have been unable to create Invoices, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders or receive Inventory because it needs to be linked to the Purchase Orders and that is not currently working. HELP! Does anyone else that works for a manufacturing company use these softwares together and know that it will work for us? PLEASE RESPOND!?! Thanks!
As of today, I can no longer get to the transaction search page from the search button. It works normally on my co-workers accounts, but not mine. I'm using a Dell Precision Tower 3620 with the latest update of Chrome, and this problem did not occur until this morning.I've restarted my computer and cleared the browser cache for good measure, and the problem persists.For anyone else with this issue: I am able to access the page directly by putting qbo.intuit.com/app/txnSearch into the address bar, but that seems to be the only workaround.
Quick Question, hopefully. A customer paid their invoice via credit card through QBO but now we've agreed to refund half. I've gone into the payment and clicked "More" and then "Refund". I've attached a screenshot of what it is now showing me, and I'm just wondering if I click "yes, refund payment" if it will just refund the whole payment or if it will give me a chance to tell it to only refund half.

I am trying to transfer my company files in QBO Plus between accounting firms and the entire process it is failing in technicolor. This is an absurd thing to be pushing to the community but there seems to be no other way to get an actual support ticket vs. phone calls and chats that go nowhere. My biggest problem with Intuit is they are not available when I need to do work with QBO i.e. evenings and weekends. Years ago I was on QB Desktop; that half worked. QBO has been nothing but pain. There should be some easy way to transfer a set of two QBO files for a single company between accounting firms. There clearly isn't.The initial migration from Desktop had so many problems I was forced to have two files for the same Corporation i.e. 2021 and earlier and 2022 and later. I had two active files previously but the 2021 and earlier one was read only and wasn't set to be deleted in a year. Now 2021 and earlier shows as cancelled. I moved QBDT from old to new computer. Everything seemed to work fine but when I tried to B/U, got request to rebuild, which I did. After rebuild got msg "Permissions: An entitlement without an account has been detected." I assume its a permissions issue to do with reinstall? Anyone have any ideas?

I am using Quickbooks Online and I would like to delete all 2024 data and reimport all transactions. Basically I want to start 2024 over in all accounting aspects and not effect 2034 or earlier. Cany anyone please provide me with instructions on how to do so? I have searched extensively on this site and Google unless I am just not searching the right words. Any help is appreciated.
