Question

Insurance stopped effective sept 2019, QBO continues the transaction till to date. How do I stop QBO from adding this transaction every month?

Hi there,

 

I'd be happy to give you a hand with showing you how to stop the Insurance transaction in QuickBooks. 

 

Based on your description, it sounds like you were using recurring transactions. If that's the case, you can permanently delete the recurring transaction by following the steps below: 

  1. Click the Gear icon then click Recurring Transactions.
  2. From the Recurring Transactions window.
  3. On the Action column, click the arrow-down icon beside the Edit link.
  4. Click on Delete, then Yes to complete the action.
