What I recommend is that you contact our Live Support team, since it is they who can look into why RBC transactions are not updating in QuickBooks. Here's how to reach them:
Click the Help (?) icon, then go to the Search tab.
Type "Support" into the search bar, and select ContactUs.
Briefly describe your issue, then click Continue.
Select your preferred support option: Appointment, Chat, or Callback; make sure to review support hours so you can connect.
