Is there a way to adjust values in some of the boxes of the T4 slips? We have some employees with low interest loans which requires changes to box 14 and 36.

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  I can understand that some circumstances require attention, and adjustments to T4 slips.  Although there isn't a way to edit the forms in QuickBooks Online, you can amend them on the CRA website.  Once completed you'll have the option to print or download them, for your records.
