Importing custom templates is a great way to add your own personal touch to your QuickBooks Desktop experience. I'd be happy to help you import your templates.
Importing templates is just one of the ways QuickBooks Desktop helps you save time while customizing what you send to customers and vendors. In order to import your templates you just need to follow these easy steps.
Open the company file that you want to import the template into.
From the Lists menu, select Templates.
Select the Templates ▼ dropdown, select Import.
Select the template you want to import, then select Open.
Name the imported template. You can keep the original name or change it.
Select OK. You should now see the imported template on the template list.
Once the template is imported you can use it for your transactions going forward.
If you have any further questions feel free to reach back out and we'd be happy to help!
