My mileage track is not working im my celphone. What is happening, please?

My husband is trying to use the mileage track and the qb app is not working.

It could be due to too much cached data accumulated by your device, causing the system to slow down or freeze, Aldrypg21.

 

To isolate the issue, we can clear your app data to remove any corrupted files that have caused this problem.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Open Settings on your Android device and select Apps or Apps & notifications.
  2. Locate and select QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  3. Tap Storage or Storage & Cache, then select Clear Data or Clear Storage.
  4. Confirm the action if prompted.

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. Open your phone Settings and tap General.
  2. Click iPhone Storage and choose the QBO app.
  3. Tap the Offload App to free up the storage.

 

If the issue persists, we can uninstall the app to remove all its data and reinstall afterwards to start a clean slate.

 

Alternatively, you can manually enter your trips into your device to keep them on track.
