My mileage tracking tracks my mileage sporadically… my last 2 trips came back with error messages -

Welcome to Community! I understand the importance of the mileage feature in the QuickBooks Online app, and how error messages or missing trips can impact your books. I would be glad to assist!

Initially, I recommend that you uninstall, then reinstall the app. This will ensure it's up-to-date.  turn on mileage tracking and set up the automatic mileage tracking feature. In addition, I suggest reviewing this guide, to fix mileage tracking issues.

If the issue persists, please contact our customer care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They'll be able to look into this in more depth, and escalate it for further investigation, if needed.
