My receipt snap has stopped working all of a sudden. It's says they have been uploaded and it is extracting info. I've refreshed and reinstalled and nothing is showing

Since you've already tried refreshing and reinstalling the app without success, we highly recommend contacting our Live Support team so they can look into this unusual behavior.
