I can not login to my company account, your platform always show me problem "We can't find anyone with [email address removed]". Althrough I tried many times and check create account with same email

I called support by phone and spent 1 hour with him not being able to resolve this issue!!! I had to use my personal email to create another account and post this request to you guys.
