Hi botelhofin,

Welcome back to the Community! QuickBooks is designed to help you save time so you can do the things that you enjoy the most. I'll be glad to steer you in the right direction.

Reconciling an account is the best way to balance your accounts in QuickBooks. That said, I recommend getting in touch with an accounting professional for expert advice on how to proceed when your bank balance does not match what you see in QuickBooks. You can get in touch with a professional using this link here. Otherwise, I recommend you to check out these helpful resources with more info about reconciling in QuickBooks:

Hi, this usually happens when the bank feed balance is not syncing correctly even though the account register inside QuickBooks still shows the correct balance. In many cases, the issue is related to a temporary connection or display sync problem rather than missing funds.

You could try the following steps:

  • Refresh the bank connection manually

  • Disconnect and reconnect the affected bank account

  • Review the Banking tab for pending or excluded transactions

  • Check if the correct account is selected in the Bank Transactions screen

  • Clear browser cache and test in an incognito/private window

  • Verify whether the issue appears on another browser or device

If the QuickBooks register balance is correct, your accounting data is likely still accurate and the issue may only be affecting the bank feed display.

Hope this helps.
