Welcome to the Community. Being able to run payroll is essential to ensure that your employees are paid. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great program that gives you the ability to pay your employees and track your remittances. I'd be glad to help.

Your payroll would need to be submitted before 5pm (PT) at least 2 banking days before the pay date for direct deposit. I encourage you to review this article regarding the direct deposit processing timeline.
