Hi SAMTHS, thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

The pop-up message you have encountered means your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Payroll past subscription will expire within 13 days.

This message is for informational purposes only. If you have already renewed your QBDT Payroll subscription, you can disregard the message. You will still be able to use your payroll services without interruption, as your subscription will be automatically renewed after the expiry date.

Here's how:

Visit this page.
You'll be prompted to sign in or register for an Intuit account.
Use your unique user ID to sign in.
Once signed in, click the Products & billing tab to view your subscription.
